Children care:
Understanding the parents' worry when their children are away from home, we provide them with permanent surveillance. The ratio of student member per child is 1:8.
Additionally,the children keep constantly in touch with their parents. Parents should make sure that they provided us with full and correct information on the child as well as a telephone number,all listed in the form-letter of trustee.
We fulfill all the wishes of parents related to childrens' nutrition and health.
Parents may visit their child at any time.
Our basic rules which we expect children to observe are to treat the feelings of other children with respect,to maintain the property and show good manners.
We would like to draw your attention to the international programme
"VIP Village + Educational Holidays", held at the Prussian manor
"Kluken-Mikhailov". The "know-how" of our programme is our 5-year
collaboration experience with english boarding schools, which was
transferred from the english countryside to a russian resort area;
combining the best of British and Russian traditions: horse riding,
golf, cricket, meals made in the Russian oven, fishing, mushroom
gathering, and many more.
Additionally, we have managed to harmoniously merge traditional
village lifestyle (milking the goats and feeding horses as a part of
morning exersises) and benefits of the most advanced technologies
of the 21century (educational games on PlayStation3, physical education
games on Wii, home cinema, etc.).
Studies of foreign language (Russian/English) are held in an interactive way, where the focus is kept on the use of foreign languages for everyday communication. Children and animators (student volunteers that work with kids) come from different european countries, and this highly motivates them in language learning. Even telling a funny joke to each other is a motivation to learn many new words, which they do with pleasure.
A great variety of holidays and celebrations is organized for the kids. The daily schedule is so busy that sometimes children do not even find the time to call their parents, that miss them being away (phone is provided). It is always up to the children to choose the main event of the week (Mr&Mrs Kluken, Horror Night, Crazy Games, etc.).Additionally, disco parties are held. One of the most beloved projects by children is Kluken TV which is a filming project including the shooting of short movies. The children participants write the script by themselves, distribute the roles to the 'actors' and record their own film with our support. There are already several films in our collection.
We also try to do our best to give to children all they need to discover and explore the wonders of village life. Jogging and cycling tours are organized at the picturesque places of Svetlogorsk resort area and Forest museum. The children take part in haying, horse and pony care and other traditional russian activities.
